What is the Leadership Academy and how does it work?

The Leadership Academy is designed to Challenge, Provoke & Stimulate
. . . Inspire, Action & Grow.

The Leadership Academy combines activity based workshops with pre and post module assignments which will address current challenges for you and your operation as well as personal coaching to improve your effectiveness.
Entry to the programmes is by application and interview and applicants must demonstrate the personal motivation required of tomorrows' leaders:
"the future is yours . . . but you have to create it!"

Should you be succesful …

Attendance at each of the components and satisfactory completion of the projects / assignments.

2. Students of The Leadership Academy will meet normally at 4-5 week intervals to participate in the training interventions (see programme details), discuss current business issues and review progress and meet their coach.

3. You will be assigned a 'Personal Coach'. Through one-to-one personal coaching and mentoring we will focus on applying the learning and developing your personal effectiveness by facilitating problem solving, identifying your goals and a road map for success and developing on aspects of the programme of particular relevance to you. Your coach will be in touch with you by phone between sessions to keep up the momentum.
